INTERO REAL ESTATE SERVICES RAFFLE RULES

PARTICIPATION IN THIS RAFFLE CONSTITUTES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF ALL RULES. THIS CONTEST IS ONLY VALID IN CALIFORNIA THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor: Intero Real Estate Services, 2222 East Cliff, Suite 150, Santa Cruz, CA 95062, (831) 464-5310, www.interosantacruz.com.

Dates: Begins on July 1, 2011 and ends on September 8, 2011.

Prize: Prize consists of a Private Sailing Charter for 49 aboard the Team O'Neill Catamaran, sailing from the Santa Cruz Harbor.

Expiration: The Private Sailing Charter must be scheduled and completed by September 30, 2012. Dates subject to availability and can be reserved at (831) 475-1561.

Entries: All entries and information therein become the property of the Sponsor. This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States except where prohibited by law or the following: employees of O'Neill Sea Odyssey. Odds are based on number of raffle tickets purchased.

Winner: Winner will be drawn at a public event on September 8, 2011. The winner need not be present at drawing to win, and will be notified via telephone or mail or email within 15 days of the drawing. Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days following attempted notification. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner must collect Gift Certificate in person within 60 days of prize drawing. Winner will be required to sign a Release of Liability and photography release agreeing to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winner must provide all necessary Federal and State tax-reporting information before receiving prize. All applicable taxes and fees apply and are the winner's sole responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner's possession. Winner releases sponsor of any liability incurred in connection with acceptance of the prize. No transfer or substitution of prizes allowed.

Limitations of Liability: Acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of Intero Real Estate Services, O'Neill Sea Odyssey, and all affiliated parties, its agents and employees from all responsibility to the winner.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering this contest, each participant agrees to these rules, and the decision of the sponsor, will be final. Intero Real Estate Services, O'Neill Sea Odyssey, and their affiliate co-sponsors, their employees, affiliates, contractors, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for: (1) late, lost, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete entries. (2) any injuries, loss, or damage caused or created as a result of the prize, acceptance of the prize, or use of the prize. Intero Real Estate Services reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time.
